500cc Hydro at Acworth Nationals. First heat and first red flag of the weekend. Fred Tyson goes for a swim which set-off a chain reaction of crashes behind him.

This crash was caused by another driver hitting me broadside at the start, broke my right leg as well as bruising my kidneys and back, the butts Hydro was a total loss, but the Yanoto 500 was not hurt, it lived to race another day.
