In the 50's 60's & 70's & perhaps before the produced some realy nice bronze 2 bladed high performance props.
I'm trying to find as much as I can about these, so when I bid on them on Ebay I know what I'm looking at & what to expect when I open the box.
I'm using an AJ 510 at the moment that works real good I'd like to find others that are similar.
Thanks Charles

I am looking at a 2006 catalog from Michigan , they don't
list any of the old stuff - no race props . i'd guess they might have some old stock on shelves , but you'd have to get an old catalog for the part numbers .

Perhaps the question I should have asked was, does anybody have any idea where I can find a compilation of all the old Michigan catalogues?
Thanks

Seagull - My older copy of "the Golden age of Powerboat Racing" had a complete listing in the back of all the Michigan Bronze performance props. The newer version is available at the below web site. http://www.ecampus.com/bk_detail.asp?isbn=0964007096&referrer=CJ&AID=10273808&PID=917075

Tom
My copy must be a very early one as there's nothing in it, but there is a list in "The vintage culture of outboard racing" but it only tells you which motor they were for, no further info like pitch, diameter, direction of rotation, shaft size & type.
So not a great help when your looking for props between 6 1/2" to 7 1/2" diameter & with pitches between 8 1/2" & 11" ish & only right hand rotation.
This seems to be a long term quest, thanks for thinking about it anyway.

My mistake it was "The vintage culture of outboard racing" that had it in. I will check around for you. I know some of the older marinas I worked at had those old catalogs. I just need to find them.
