When I first started to look at BRF, if I started a thread and someone responded I was noteifited my e mail. Am I dreaming or did this happen. I have to look at each thread each day to see if anyone responed. Am I right or wrong?

Ray I checked your settings and you should be getting email notifications sent to nwlumpkin@yahoo.com. If you are still using this email and not getting the notifications, let me know. If you are using a different email address that is the problem and we can change the address the server is sending it to.

No Sam I still have the same e mail address(nwlumpkin@yahoo.com). I did not get notefited about this response by e mail. I thought I remember get it in the past ( I have been in the hostipal ) Though I got to much Chemo. Any help would be appreciated.

Look in your yahoo spam folder. Yahoo probably suspects brf is some spam organization and is filtering you from receiving them in your in box. Click on a brf email and change yahoo's instructions to inform yahoo that it is not spam

I think you are correct. Some time ago I had a freinds e mail blocked by mistake. My son came home and got me straight. I cant find my spam folder!!! Your dealing with an old boat racer (go fast and turn left) you dont have to be very smart to do that.
I think your correct about the Pacific time on my listing. How do you change it! On my list page near the date it says PDT. Whats that mean? I would like to get my future list on the eastern time.

The funny thing about your problem is I to stoped getting e-mail notices about the begining of the summer. Nothing changed on my computer or e-mail that I'm aware of to make it stop. But thats ok, keeps my mail box from getting cluttered.;)

No I did not get your response in my e mail. Just happened to see on BRF. I still dont know whats wrong. I would like to get respones by e mail as I have to look through several BRF sites and some times miss stuff. I have gotten no reponse from our expert Sam on whats wrong. Help!!!!!!!!!!

Well, Ray thanks for pointing out this problem ... looks like part of a major glitch in our current version of the vBulletin software. For some reason the emails are properly assigned and the forum and member settings are correct, but the sever will not send notifications to regular members. When we download the latest version of vBulletin it should be corrected

In case any body might be interested , there was no physical violence to worry about , and no PICK pocketing observed , except in Turkey (one case) there the Euro dollar is
a killer . I will never again go to any country on the euro- dollar. Anybody who feels that he (she) has $ to burn, please ignore whatever I might say. The one highlite of MY visit? "the BIG fat GREEK nite ". Food was about 5 courses, (excellant) and more wine (included) than one could drink, and a fine floor show @50 euros . Only bargain I was exposed to , while there .
