RULE CHANGE:
1. When a Divisionals and or Winter Nationals is a two day race, Saturday will be considered the Divisionals/Nationals ONLY, if Sunday is BLOWN OUT or otherwise postponed....
Reason:
It seems totally wrong to drive 1,200 miles or more to a race, get no test time, and go race THE CHAMPIONSHIP race Saturday. Sunday, many gohome because the CHAMPIONSHIPS are over, the club then takes a $$$$$$ bath...
The Winter Nationals will be in Bakersfield....I can see many coming from miles away....If the Championships are Saturday, many, like last time, will head home. The CLUB needs the entry fees....and HEAVEN FORBID, if anyone came to watch on SUNDAY, there might be a boat race!!!!
2.The WINER of a Divisionals, no matter how many boats, will be qualified for the National Championships.....If one, AXS runs, that driver will be qualifed.

Get people to race....
3. Allow the 12 QUALIFIER,at both the Winter Nationals and Summer Nationals to be drawn from a hat of NON-Quailifiers.
4. Allow any four classes during a CALENDAR year to have their Nationals at a site other than the "MAIN" race....Example: Big race in Jersey....They bid for the C Hydro Nationals, they offer a nic prize package, good conditions and they at one of the FOUR CLASSES per year...makes their race a NATIOANL EVENT..
If the commission doesn't like the bid, they could turn it down or put it to a driver's vote...
