Just wanted to say hi to everyone one here. I recently bought Paul Hickeys 60 boat and trying to get and engine together to maybe come race soon with the APR. Its very interesting to me to read all your posts and conintue to learn more about OPC racing. I previoulsy raced Formula Vee for one race in Canada had a blast and cant wait to start something new!

Keep us posted with stories and pictures... If we are ever to be the "NRA" of the Boat Racing World, we need everyone....and we want everyone Boat racer and FAN here!!!

Anytime you need parts post and we can help..I have sent my SST 60 Cone casting to Mike Wienandt. If the Commission approved this cone, you will be able to make "BAC" SST 60 gearcases, as new cases aren't available...

Hey andrew hope all the stock outboard stuff is going great.

I really dont understand why boat racing isnt a larger sport its extremely interesting and is a refreshing change from common car racing. I dont think this sport is as widely publicised as car racing or motorcross racing when it should be. You look at all the ads put into these types of racing and how much people enjoy it. There has been an increased interest in these types of racing because of the increased awareness of the sports. Its very good to hear your working on aftermarket parts because this is a huge problem old parts means old problems and without new stuff the sport dries up because a person who has the money to race but cant find buy a new engine i think gets discouraged from the sport. I think if more young people like myself get introduced into the sport the sport has a chance to grow once again.

I'm taking the powerhead to Paul PFAFF TOMORROW...FOUR STROKES ARE WHAT CARB AND EPA WANT....Why not port them grind the cam and....

The EPA are a beurocratic group of liberal McGovernicks. It has been documented 4 times that direct injection or CARB apporved 2 strokes have polluted far less than any modern generation 4 stroke.

Personally I think it's all a bunch of crap, using falsley loaded criteria to show points to sway 100 lb overweight and ugly as sin legislators how they need them to vote....

Other than that little fact, the motor looks good Ron. How heavy is it?

Now....Let's work on your BAR-B-QUE that looks like a HYDRO.....

Let's work on finding out if we could get use of DeAnza Cove for a small course for small boats....

Let's work on getting Carlsbad for a race.....

Let's get your daughter in a boat.....You and vent LATER!!!!!!!!(Listen to RUSH, let him vent).....

Let CARB and EPA go for now....When decide to run for President, I'll change everthing you are talking about...

But right now, we've got boat racing to do....and I think YOU NEED A FAT "C".....You know OMC MOTORS....

ADD: Mercmack, are we trading my BLUE, "THE REAL FAT C" for your ADDICTOR??? Or should I give it to Skoontz???

AND, if you've got any extra time...Let's cook some BRATS!!!!

Sorry Ron...It's what happens when an idiot who works for me chose to move a 200 lb tree by himself when a Caterpillar tractor was 10' away, then separates his lower back disc, a brand new dump truck trashes a computer, one of the 17 that don't ever belong in a vehiucle to begin with, and a Cat peels 7 ligs off the inside of the track all in the same week....Gotta take it out on my favorite uncle:):):)

Yer right. The Love boat is getting a bottom primer this weekend, then we'll roll her over for a 17 coat hot pink and wild graphic job....

I'm seriously thinking of getting a pair of 15 A motors and building a 13' tunnel to comemorate the greatest driver who ever sat behind a wheel, #191 of course. It's what happens when I get too much windhsield time.

A fat C???? That could be too much fun...The DeAnza cove thing will happen, and whewn I have my way, Lake Hodges just might too.

BTW, I need a couple of very fast A hydro props, can you help out Ron????? Katie wants to run 90 on a stock Kilo run, so she says, and when I saw her pass 4 cars in a 600 Sprint car around turns 3 and 4 doing a full broadslide, I'm thinking once she gets into a boat she will never go back to wheels again!
