One of the larger American pipe manufacturers for pipes is "Aaen Performance" when you say two stroke tuned pipes, what application are you asking for? Boat, snowmobile, ATV ? I know Aaen will make custom pipes for your applications but for what price I do not know. I know their pipes made very good H.P. on the sleds we were dynoing back in the 1990's. Here is their web link. http://www.aaenperformance.com/index.asp
Thanks for that Tom
I will be fitting to this to a 25hp Tohatsu outboard (mod of course) A frend of mine tried this and he is hitting 100kph (not sure in mph) He did a mod to the mid section to adapt a pipe.I just need to learn more about this type of aplication
Thanks

Designing and making expansion chamber work properly is far more complicated than buying something off the shelf designed for a different engine and application. Critical elements include port timing, max RPM, RPM range, exhaust temperature, HP, and operator experience. Probably not a good venture unless you want to do lots of testing and have the chamber custom made.
Ben there, done that,

100K is "roughly" 60 mph and exactly 62.1 mph. I "know" this because my dirty S-15 is a canadian model and has a kilometer speedometer which requires a math calculation every time I look at it.That "explaination" has "saved" me more than once during a blue light incident.
As for tuned pipes... I think Neil has a properly oriented little room in the basement, painted red with pentagrams on the walls, lots of candles,a bucket of chicken entrails, goats blood and some other secret"occult" goodies.
When I was a service manager for a Kawasaki dealer,a salesman showed up with a wheel dyno.We tried every new pipe in the place on the shop 400 Maico.(for it,of course)
The winner was the dinged up,banged up,bent original with +3hp over everything else.
Go figure.

I also forgot that Gary Williams in the states here builds a lot of nice pipes as well. He can be contacted at (702) 672-4605
