As we were headed into Idaho on our way to Burley I saw the Grumpy boat headed towards Nevada, that was early friday morning. I really thought that was strang, till I heard this.

We all loved you, see you at the finish line !

Ron, it seems that God needed some more boat racers to compete in his boat races........ Now with the Boltons and Rudy building the hulls, Tom Connant, Lance Falkner, Gus, Mike, Henry, and now Bud driving, Bud Gilbert building the motors, It would seem the season is full of winners......I hope there is no more room right now................Ray

Doesn't seem like they've got a "PROP MAN"....

But, Bud Gilbert had a good eye for a wheel!

Style and grace........

Virginia, Brad, Jeff, ..The whole Allerton Clan, (and there is a bunch of them), Saturday could not have been better, Considering the circumstances. The send off you all arranged, the style and grace, the way things just clicked along..........A continuing tribute to the legacy of Bud, the way he lived his life, and the Allerton family's ability to be a class act in the worst of times........Ray
