VOLVO 280 Prop....

I made this prop about 25 years ago, she came back for repair... I'd machine the Merc splines out and we'd put in a VOLVO...Kind of fun..

Mike Basso ran a wheel like this on a Sleek Craft Tunnel and a Volvo 280 Drive...It ran 7 hours.....and he won his class...a story I'll tell in Who's Who someday!!!

ADD: THis is called a "TEXAS CUT", but no one in Texas knew that...as my dad started calling my "SQUARE" leading edges, Texas Cuts...because, he didn't want people to know we were doing our wheel work...

I new it Ron.I new the "Texas Cut" name had nothing to do with props from Texas.I asked you this ? about a year ago on Hydroracer.net.You gave me a different answer.(I think you were just blowing the ? off at the time,or me) But now the truth comes out!;) Thanks Ron,I can sleep tonite!
