Hey everyone, happy Friday!
One week to go until the Orange race....personally, I'm jazzed for a thousand good reasons about the Orange race. It's a new venue, it is in my wife's hometown (family connection), it will be good for the town's economy, good steaks and drinks at Spankys Restaurant, Crystal Hot Sauce (can't find it in Houston) ...kinda wondering what Corey's trihull looks like embedded with pine bark after its' fall from the tree<smile> and it will be the first boat race that I have attended in more years than I care to admit.
It's a new day, one thread closed, let's get a new one going!
Open forum:
Is anyone from other regions interested in starting a trihull class? What would it take to get another region to move forward?
In the last week, I've found out that there are a lot more 156 Glastrons laying around than the sportier 166 model. And, I have come to realize how ignorant and behind the times I am regarding motors and choices in motors. Am I the only one in this position?
Are any other regions interested in hosting a trihull race for next season?
What's it going to take to get Ron Hill in a trihull? Anyone have some frequent flyer miles to fly him to Orange? ( and no, he did not put me up to this )
Let the good times roll....
Nate
