Hi, Ron

Thanks,
Marc

She works perfect. A pitch gauge is a good eye opener when you have several props and know how they run. It enables you to start knowing which prop, probably will work, where the best. IE: Salt Water, or type of or size of the course. Or what should work at Burley, Idaho (High elevation). It is like anything else, do you use a micrometer when building an engine? Or do you take other guys word for part sizes?

Knowing all your props sizes and what they do, at least opens option for second heats...last change qualifiers.

I'm not a bliever that you can change gears for different courses. I'm a believer that once you have a gear that works, you dial in with a prop or many props...for that gear size....maybe, drop a tooth now and then....but one doesn't fit all!

When we first started working on our own props we just made an angle gauge to compre one prop to another..

A pitch gauge is a "SPEED SECRET" snf rbrtyor knoe fast guys have "SECRETS"...
