Where can I find all the info I can on tunnel boats, and boat racing around southeast Texas. Saw it on a sports channel and haven't been the same since. I am new to the sport and this site... any help would really be great. Thanks.

Welcome to the site, Depending on what your buget is we can help fix you up.
We run the 120 and 45 Tunnels and Tri-HULLS here locally and thats about it.

120 is NOT a beginner class and you need mucho dinero to buy and mantain a boat,we have 3-4 races locally a year and the rest is all over the U.S. depending on what other series you want to participate in. If YOU DO HAVE THE EXPERIENCE and the fat wallet then it just might be what you want.

45's is a very competative class which I myself started out in this year. experience helpful but not required and rigs can be had on the market right now at various price ranges. We also race 3-4 races locally and have a series for us in conjuntion with other races around the US. Mainly Michigan,Illinois,Missouri and here in TX .

Tri-Hull is a locally born class started some years ago and is currently only raced here in Tx. No experience required to go out and have fun and a rig can be had reasonable used or new and they usually have about 6-7 races for them, If you only want to race in TX. then tri-hull is your best optioncheck out the trihull thread for all of the info. and sportracingseries.com for info. and pics. of all of us

Most of all of the local racers hang out here anyway,,at least the best ones .....right guys:D
