Come on BK, Art Williams and his wife Shelly....Art and dave use to remodel Pizza Huts together. They'd completely remodel a Pizza Hut over a weekend...I think is Shakey's, now that I think about it..

Shelly and Art then bougha Sonic Burger in Parker, but think they've sold that...
