I need your help... I am looking for a reliable PWC. Is Sea Doo still the best? What year did the closed loop water system come about? I think I will mainly use the PWC in the ocean. I would like to have one that would pull up a skier if that is at all possible? Hell maybee I'll race you guys at Long Beach or Parker in between my SST-45 heats. Anyways any input you may have is greately appreciated. Also if you know anyone that is selling a PWC or have a dealership connect let me know...

Thanks in advance

I had a yamaha waverunner GP800 and it was very reliable and fast. if I was going to purchase another today, I would get a new yamaha waverunner 1300, very nice pwc, lightweight and fast.

Look at what the people who rent them own. Always Yamahas and Kawasakis for reliability.

I have 2, one is a 99 Yamaha 1200 gtx and the other is a 99 Polaris GSX limited. They are both great skis but the Polaris gets the quckness and the instant response edge while the Yamaha is the Cadillac and seats 3 people. Yes it will pull a skier or a wake boarder. Don't get older than a 99 Yamaha as they had issues.
