Who can do it right and how much (approx.) is it for the conversion?

What is the process exactly? It sounds very scary to chop up a perfectly good boat! :eek:

I can't find my rule book for the exact specs, but it is not diffucult to do. I think that we have done about 4 boats in Danny McManus shop. What part of the country do you live? Jack Barsh in Jacksonville, FL does outstanding work of this type. I you want to try it yourself let me know and I will get more info for you or ask Danny about it. It would be great to have another STV at the races.

I'm in Chicago, that boat is in NJ. I'm am in Jacksonville for business on the 13 and 14th (Dec). I'll try to stop by (call first) Jack's shop and talk to him about this...I've partied with those boys (Jack and Ray) in Jasper a couple years back in the hotel parking lot...Nice guys...nice boats! I really liked the feel of his capsule from inside! Now their winning!

Yes, Jack builds very good boats and I am sure that he could help you out. The other STV driver is in Chicago, his name is Steve Quick, maybe you know him. He doesn't make it to all of our races because of conflicting race dates with off-shore, but he is a real good guy.
