Hi All
Not a world record but it would be good to compare.
The boat is plywood/aluminium construction, 3.6 metres long with a STOCK 25hp tohatsu.
New Australian kilo record of 92.36 km/h average over 1 km up and 1 km back course.
The GPS on the day topped out at 95 km/h and the highest recorded GPS speed is 96.1 km/h.

Hi Ron,
Here's a little secret but don't tell anyone else....
This is a tool that folks use to look really smart. Save it to your bookmarks and favorite places:
http://www.onlineconversion.com/acceleration.htm
At the main page, you'll see this site converts and calculates almost anything.

Even prop slippage from one blade to another! (just kidding).
Enjoy!
