omc power pack have rev-limiter?

I have a 1985 115 (crossflow, bubble back) and the power packs are labeled "CD4 582811 OA 1U4" any idea if these have a rev-limiter? I am hoping not. if they do, where would I now get new packs without the rev limiter? used to be Raypair and then CDI, I think. What part number?
