Billy Paulk: MOD VP Racer

Bill drove a 380 Ray in 1982 and won the NPA points championship after Joe Burgess died at St. Louis, tough way to win it, Joe was a great Guy and a tough competitor.

He drove a Seebold Eagle for Billy in 83 and 84 that is me in the White Eagle at Parker, and the black Eagle #10 at St. Louis is me not Rusty. Bill Paulk won the Huntington WV race in that same Black boat Chris Bush and Billy were running side by side on first lap and Chris Blew over on front straight.

Billy won the APBA Marathon National Championship at Stuart Fla. in a white Seebold Eagle in 1984 he passed Chris Bush on last lap.
