3 cyl.OMC Stator Question

I am building a 49 inch motor and putting all the ignition on it from a 56 cu inch motor everything fits fine but I have a stator from an older 49 inch motor that uses a power pack with the screw terminals on it. Can I put the amphenol end on it and use it with the newer style power pack?

The brown wires have a tracer on one of them but the yellow wires dont seem to have one unless its gone I know they are the charging wires going to the rectifier is there a way to figure out which one goes to the rectifier wire with a tracer on it?
