Can anyone I.D. this old racing runabout?

I will try to edit this post to include measurements, but wondering if anyone can positively I.D. this racing runabout?
We have determined it does not match the lines of a Hal Kelly design, "Jinx" or "Airborne"... Not even sure if it's a homebuilt or factory built boat.

is that the one i saw Herb Lanphear pulling up 85 north not long ago?he sailed on by and new job truck has no gps tracking,so i wasnt excatly going slow.

No, that wasn't this boat... This one was in Florida for many years and came to Georgia about 4 years ago. Until last week, it had not seen water or the light of day since it came from Florida.
