Look at this for a power increase claim...3% more power from new type spark plug ?

Somehow or another I ended up seeing this today about new type of spark plugs.
After reading for about 20 seconds on the page I was wondering if this is some sort of joke sent to me.
But it turns out it realy is a real site selling these "MAGNUM Boat Performance Spark Plugs" .
3% more horsepower and 3% more torque ? year right.
