I want to buy a cleaver properller but which diameter and pitch is the best for my boat ? 18.6 feets long and 800 pounds ? Im looking for 12" diameter and 19-21 pitch ... Did you think I'm in the right direction ??!

Not really sure about props for anything that isn't a thundercat...
First thing is to make sure you have the biggest engine you can put on the hull, no point modifying a small engine when a bigger one can be put on - better reliability and engine will last longer.
I think you're in the right ball park, i don't think I'm really qualified to answer the prop question. You want to get a tachometer and a gps, will help massively when prop tuning.

The hull was sold for a 60 hp max .. ( heavy weight 4 stroke) but i haved buy a 2 stroke ( good deal and less weight to ) I surely put some mods on it and like you said read tach vs gps .... Maybe hill marine can help my for the choice of a proppeller... Thanks !!! :)

The boat was a Profresh 18 ft with a Yamaha enduro 60 with a jack elevator and a 13 1/2 21 pitch for 39 mph gps ! I dont know for the rpm i dont have a dial .. but im gonna buy a hydro tech marine kit before playing with the propellers ...

You do not want a cleaver prop. Stay with a round ear that will carry the bow weight.
