1965 Speedliner Model 510

I have attached a copy of an old slide of me getting in one of the last wood A/B Speedliner's constructed. I picked this boat up at the factory in August 1965. At that time I was on terminal leave using up the 30 days. The goverment would not let you be dicharged while on leave so I had to go back to Norforlk for one day in September, go out just in time.

We also bought the plans and patterns for this boat at that time. My brother and I built many of these boats as well as hydro's, blunt nose runabouts and 36 class boats that looked like the A/B Speedliner. We called them Aeroliner's and we have started to build these boats again and restore our old racing engines.
