The FT was painted white with blue writing, it had a different adapter plate to the standard one in your pic to fit the wider exhaust plates, also did not have the exhaust relief holes...

Not sure about in Europe, but here in Aus the V6 crossflow CCC when sold as a Johnson had NR19S stamped on the model number plate and the latest 3 Cyl OMC race engine was called an M-31.
