Both of those parts are cheap and easy to find at your local Mercury dealer.. Come on down and race.

Found the problem. The trim motor was full of water and 1 brush was broken in half. Now I have to find a 2 wire trim motor and I'm ready to race!

I'm sure others use different but Mercury High Performance works just fine for me. I've tried lighter oils but they drip out the cone after a few laps of running.
