the id tag on the the mounting bracket has came off. its the sticker, 1998 omc 70hp. is there any replacing these?

I recently got a mercury motor. Sticker say 30hp. The serial number on the mounting bracket says a922585. The only cross reference that I could find started out with a922 says its a 35hp 1986...

on the terminal block

top wire is yellow
2nd wire is yellow w/ grey
3rd wire is grey
etc...

top wire is yellow shows 7 volts on meter when key is off
