There was a 650x OE class motor at that time, but never a US made OI motor after 1970. There seem to have been OH motors made for use in Europe that were never heard of in the US that may have raced...

Back in 1960 my dad was the highest paid boat and car mechanic in the area where he lives, bringing home an unbelievable $18 a week ..... $3 back then would have easily gone as far as $150 does now.
