Time must be the key (age). The belt was not a problem in the old days. Be it drag or belts, it sounds like time is playing tricks on you.
Check for drag, the belt should not be a problem, bad bearing etc.

APR has another race scheduled for mid July in Marietta, Ohio. This will also be the SST 120 world Championships and should be some great racing. There should be some very good press for this event....

They are the stock rams that mounted next to the engines.
We would make brackets so they could be mounted like you see them. If we had the new style short rams it would have made things less...
