There were two finals run at LaCrosse in 1980. C Service hydro,won by Pete Hellsten and I won the Formula 350 hydro

This is about 1970.Racing Rays C looper with expansion chambers.He also had an Alky 6 deflector with sliding pipes on a 12'8" Marchetti.Who recognizes the skinny kid in the lawn chair
