Thanks Guys, got it fixed.
Had to look at one of my OMC 15 power pack to find the black/yellow wire.
The one on the 45 was all black and was cut off or broken at the connector.

Thanks Jeff, I found the wire that should be grounded. It was hooked up to the terminal block not going anywhere.
I'll fire it up and see if it works.

Daren, I'll have to get Dunked next year,...

The wiring is way different then any OMC 15 I have.
Don't want to take any chances of burning up anything.

I need the DUNK test before I can drive at Eatonville.
