When I ran 45's, I never had an issue starting. I had a great battery and it was always charged. If it does not start within a few tries, there is other problems. More volts isnt gonna solve that.
Just what COR711 said.
Hey Gilbert,
Its not necessary to use a fuel pump on the 45. There has been a few people that have tried them and its more of a hassell than its worth. I wouldnt.
Its not cockpit to cockpit, its front of pickle to motor. Torrente had the lane and decided to back out then Sami turned. I've see alot worse. Its BS!!!
Maybe he should of looked in his mirror then.
Glad everyone was ok. I'm wondering why he was in lane one and on the pin, but goes straight pass the turn, then turns when he's in like lane 4 or 5???
Maybe the outboard was lapping the inboard!!! lol
I believe that the most important thing is how and where the belts are mounted, not how many.
Thats what i was getting at. U said it better though!!! lol
The way the crotch belt is mounted in the pic, i believe would be wrong. Having an extra belt mounted that way is no more support than just one. What does the extra one do??? Keep you from sliding...
I believe it was:
1st John Lane
2nd RJ West
3rd Steve Dawe
It is the luck of the draw. Alot of places require registration numbers for you to put it on the lake. I have been lucky enough here in Colorado to run it without registration numbers. Its not that...
Maybe 6 out of the 30 something they built had issues. For the most part, they where fast and had no problems. I blew my 45 over and had nothing structural wrong. Just the usual pickle, mirror and...
Check out the NEW SST 45 Tunnel Boat being built by RJ West at Composite Craft. Its based off the old Revolution Boats he built in the past, but with a lot of performance, style, and sagety changes....
I think I'm going!!!
Im 50/50 about going!! If we have 5 boats committed, I would go for sure and make the 6th boat so we can get some money!!!!
Its 2000 miles round trip for me !!! Tow money and or prize money sure makes it nice. When I went to St Louis, I got $150 tow money, entry fee was free and I won the race which paid $750. ...
So funny Joe!!! 7 to 10 hrs is a hell of a lot closer than 16.5 hrs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Maybe I go to Parker if I can get help with entry fee or something. Long way from Colorado. :)
How come F2 (120's) are not on the race schedule????
I gave rides in my c stock hydro before. Combine weight around 295 lbs and ran 60-62 mph.

thx
What about 120's ????
The cc rule has been out of the rule book for some time now. People need to trust there engine builders and if not, find another or figure it out and do the motors yourself. Also, rules are black...
Sorry to hear. If it was the head, why be so close anyways.. U will run just as good if your legal by .003 or .004 !!! Just my opinion.
Just curious, what happen to the drivers helmet that rolled in the tri hull??? He's coming out of the water without it.
I got the commercial tiny tach in my 120. Easy to read!!! I cant remember what the standard length. Make sure you have enough. You cant add to it. They have to make it.
This was stolen over the weekend in Manteca, Ca. It belongs to Banducci's grandson. Any info contact RJ 209-679-2457 or Warren 209-679-8120. The boat number is 26 now.
That must be old!!!!!
It is. You just have to cut about 2" of the back.
Looks like Bowdens old rig.
Yes......... :D
Here is the first boat.
Nope!! The next and last race is Naples, FL Nov 1 and 2
Talking with Jason, he wanted the showdown in Port Neeches, St. Louis, Kankakee, or even Trenton be that the winner takes all or maybe 1st. - 3rd. Why take up the promoters time, lets keep it like...
For the west coast guys it would be 24 - 30 hrs. Long way!!!
I dont think we are gonna get all 20 boats to 3 races anyways. This was just suppose to be a one race east / west showdown. All sponsor money to be paid out to the top whatever drivers!!!
Maybe San Diego, Pt Neches, and St Louis!!!! Pay top 5. Other monies goes toward tow money one way. What ya think????
Jason's intention was a winner take all. When, if ever, has a 45 winner had the chance to run for a decent payout?
Talked to Jason today at Revolution Boats. He said they wil start off the prize money for a West Coast / East Coast showdown. $500.00 for the winner. His requirement is min. 20 boats. Port Neeches ,...
There has already been west coast guys that have made the trip back and have won. Just to name a few, RJ West, Warren, Jason Williams, both Loves and myself. The few that have traveled from the...
Yes, That is a piece cut out of the old capsule..
...............................................
Well maybe 25 mph. then!!! :D
I heard the other boat was only going about 15 mph. when they hit. Thank God he wasn't going faster!!
So who has a problem with Russ???? Lets figure this out..
Remember he threw his away along time ago... :D LOL
Bill, I totally agree.
