    Red face Cleaning up is hard to do

    Cleaning up all of the chips is a bit easier now that I donated a shop vac. Use alot of WD-40 and it makes a mess.
    I need to get my own shop one day!

    Nice work !! Do you mind sharing how you fix the new dome into the old head ? It looks like you bore the old head and make an interference fit on the new part ? If its proprietary.....no big deal I understand

    Default Captured Domes

    Right the dome is locatd by the counter bore pocket machined in the head.
    The back plate has thru hole
    that seals oring and also locates dome.
    The dome is captured between head and block. The dome is interchangeable.

    This is the backside.
    Will Make a back plate to locate and help dog the domes against head once
    Torqued to block.

    WILL WRITE A PROGRAM AND MAKE MORE CHIPS SATURDAY
