Default EPA declares CO2 dangerous pollutant

If CO2 is such a dangerous pollutant, how long before they outlaw soda pop and beer because they contain CO2?

If you haven't been convinced the government is insane, how do you explain it?

Vote them out at the primary, if we let them get to the general election, there is a greater than 50% chance each of them will be re-elected. In most districts its the primary that is the real election.

You are right on the mark Sam. They will never vote term limits, so the place to cut them off at their knees is at the primary.

The people pushing CO2 aren't insane. They stand to make trillions of dollars of off trading carbon. But what would happen if we let CO2 loose and go on a rampage? It would feed the trees...the grass...the weeds, and we would get an abundance of oxygen in return. That's why the politicians want to increase the teachers union. They can dumb down the kids so that they don't understand the exchange between living organisms. CO2 makes up only 3% of the atmosphere and is constant. Any increase by emissions (mostly by volcanoes) is eaten up by plants.

The stupid politicians should be voted out because they are only in there for the money, power, and huge retirement benefits, and the ones that are leading the charge for carbon dioxide offsets stand to become billionaires while trading hot air for the benefits of protection money from the extortion they have threatened.

No Wayne the amount of CO2 in the atmosphere is even less ... it is 0.038%

There is 10 times as much water vapor in the air and water vapor is also a greenhouse gas. So far there is no attempt to regulate water ...

CO2 can be called nothing but a trace gas. If you are going to regulate human release of it, you have to count in beer and soda with the cars. Its nothing but the insane immoral crooked "carbon credit" scheme that Big Al has already cornered the market on ... how corrupt is that?

I guess I got my decimal point wrong Sam. A months or so ago, after the scam about global warming made the news, and about the time the several global warming climates were frozen out, there was an e mail exposed. One of the persons in the know about the East Anglia fraud on CO2 emissions E mailed to all his followers to sell their "green" and CO2 "carbon trading" stocks because the jig was up.

Wayne has it right when he posted this on another thread here at BRF:Sorry...but I don't agree. They don't want to slow the fast down so the slow can keep up. They want to slow everyone down except the chosen few so that most don't know who is a lap ahead, and those that DO know are kept down so they can't keep up. Unless they are willing to sell their souls to join the elite leaders. That's how the game was played in the former Soviet Union.

Unfortunately, the former thugs and power brokers that surfaced after the collapse had the money, extortion tactics, and willing thugs to resurface to take up a big powerbase in Russia. It's a Chicago style mentality. That's how Nancy Pelosi runs the Democrats. Bribery, extortion, kickbacks, threats and favored treatment to the lapdogs. I called our congressman today and went through the same points that I have told the aide many times through phone conversations, e mails and faxes. I spoke intelligently about many of the facts why the bill was a killer to the American way of life. As always, he listened and continued to say that Congressman Hinojosa had not made up his mind. He was waiting for the reconciliation bill.

Wayne, did you know that Al Gore's daughter married into this international chosen banking family group?

I'd like to add the following information to the CO2 thread:

Al Gore Set To Become First “Carbon Billionaire”

    http://www.prisonplanet.com/al-gore-...llionaire.html

    Paul Joseph Watson
    Prison Planet.com
    Tuesday, November 3, 2009

The New York Times has lifted the lid on how Al Gore stands to benefit to the tune of billions of dollars if the carbon tax proposals he is pushing come to fruition in the United States, while documenting how he has already lined his pockets on the back of exaggerated fearmongering about global warming.

As is to be expected, the article is largely a whitewash and takes an apologist stance in defense of Gore.

However, the NY Times‘ John M. Broder does reveal how one of the companies Gore invested in, Silver Spring Networks, recently received a contract worth $560 million dollars from the Energy Department to install “smart meters” in people’s homes that record (and critics fear could eventually regulate) energy usage.

“Kleiner Perkins and its partners, including Mr. Gore, could recoup their investment many times over in coming years,” states the report, highlighting the fact that Gore is “well positioned to profit from this green transformation, if and when it comes.”

“Critics, mostly on the political right and among global warming skeptics, say Mr. Gore is poised to become the world’s first “carbon billionaire,” profiteering from government policies he supports that would direct billions of dollars to the business ventures he has invested in,” writes Broder.

Since he left office, Gore’s personal net worth has skyrocketed on the back of his advocacy for global warming issues and the financial dividends this has reaped. Gore’s assets totaled less than $2 million in 2001 and although he refuses to give a figure for his current net worth, a recent single investment of $35 million in Capricorn Investment Group, a private equity fund, illustrates just how fast Gore has enriched himself from his climate change bandwagon.

The Times report notes how Gore “has a stake in the world’s pre-eminent carbon credit trading market.” As we reported back in March, before he became President Barack Obama also helped fund the profiteers of the carbon taxation program that he is now seeking to implement as law.

The Chicago Climate Exchange (CCX) has direct ties to both Al Gore and Maurice Strong, two figures intimately involved with a long standing movement to use the theory of man made global warming as a mechanism for profit and social engineering. Gore’s investment company, Generation Investment Management, which sells carbon offset opportunities, is the largest shareholder of CCX.

Maurice Strong, who is regularly credited as founding father of the modern environmental movement, serves on the board of directors of CCX. Strong was a leading initiate of the Earth Summit in the early 90s, where the theory of global warming caused by CO2 generated by human activity was most notably advanced.

Both Strong and Gore come from the Club of Rome clique, who in their 1991 Report, “The First Global Revolution” openly admitted how they were planning to exploit the contrived hoax of global warming in order to further their agenda.

“In searching for a new enemy to unite us, we came up with the idea that pollution, the threat of global warming, water shortages, famine and the like would fit the bill. All these dangers are caused by human intervention, and it is only through changed attitudes and behavior that they can be overcome. The real enemy then, is humanity itself.,” they wrote.

Gore’s defense against claims that he is peddling fearmongering about global warming to get filthy rich, and one dutifully supported by the NY Times’ whitewash report, is that he is simply putting his money where his mouth is.

However, Gore’s insistence that he is walking the walk, not just talking the talk, doesn’t seem to extend to his own private life in the context of energy conservation and CO2 emissions. While lecturing the world about reducing CO2 emissions and saving energy, Gore’s own mansion uses 20 times the energy of the average American home.

In February 2007, the Tennessee Center for Policy Research revealed that the gas and electric bills for the former vice president’s 20-room home and pool house devoured nearly 221,000 kilowatt-hours in 2006, more than 20 times the national average of 10,656 kilowatt-hours. These figures were not disputed by Gore.

“If this were any other person with $30,000-a-year in utility bills, I wouldn’t care,” said the Center’s 27-year-old president, Drew Johnson. “But he tells other people how to live and he’s not following his own rules.”

The only way there will be term limits is for "We the people" to limit their terms by firing every one of the incumbants regardless of party affiliation next time around.

Wayne says the primaries are more important than final elections.

I agree, but I believe more important than either of these elections are the local issues where typically less than half the registered voters are "too busy" to spend 10 minutes every 2 years to go to the polls.

God forbid we ask them to spend a couple of hours deciding HOW they are going to vote!

How many people do each of us know who admit "I only vote in the presidential election"!

That is probably the least important civic duty we have!

If we'd take the time to insure we elect HONEST dogcatchers, aldermen, school board members, mayors and sheriffs the crooks couldn't get to Washington!

I live in Illinois. I know a little bit about crooked politicians.

Here in Quincy we have a school board president who has been pushing for an audit of the school district finances for 2 years. The other members stripped him of his position as president through a technicality. He's still on the board but the vice-president now wields the gavel.

Guess what! We just learned the "District" doesn't have enough money to pay it's bills! Surprise, surprise, surprise!

Teachers are being released, and programs are being cut. There is $750,000.00 set aside for new turf on the football field, but that's in a "Special fund, we can't touch that"!

Didn't Washington once tell us the same thing about Social Security?

No boys and girls, crooked politicians don't learn their devious ways in Washington, they are home schooled!

Next thing you know we will all be forced to wear plug ins to catch farts...

On a similar note regarding floro carbons (sp) epa forced them out of spray cans, foced paint manufacturers to use water based paints, etc etc etc...On a more stupid note....

I have asthema...And, as with most, carry an inhaler....EPA forced the manufacturers to come up with this stupid thing that looks lok a Polish hockey puck with a booger flicker inside of it to replace inhalers with propellant. The booger flicker style costs $350, the old one costs $67 and it worked far better than the booger flicker....

EPA further caused a drug manufacturer I used, a nasal inhaler, to go out of business when they forced the same crap on them, as they did not have the money to develop a booger flicking device.

You have all seen the size of an asthema inhaler canister....Might I dare ask, how this propellent, in this quantity would even effect the ozone?????
Bottom line, this is one federal agency way out of control!

Gore and others like him use the dumbing down of American kids to be able to effectively use his propaganda. His movie is so full of lies and half truths that the English court system mandated schools to allow REAL scientists to offer rebuttals. His claim that chloroflourocarbons eat up the ozone as it leaks from A/C units or from spray cans, yet when told that the Mt Penatubo volcano pumped more gases into the atmosphere in one day than man has produced in a lifetime his comeback was..."How is it going to get all the way up there?" Huh! What a dumba$$. The volcano was spewing ash and gases 40,000 feet into the atmosphere. Seems to me that little boost would get it there quicker than a little freon leaking out of a car traveling 70 mph, or from Skoontz's original freon snorter. BTW, the tiles that failed on the Challenger were because of a redesign mandated by the elimination of chloroflourocarbons in the manufacture of the original tiles that worked perfectly for several decades.

That is some good information Paul. It is surprising how little we know about the machinations of our political leaders. There is a well known oil man down here and Louisiana that ripped off and put out of business many oilfield service company's to the tune of hundreds of million dollars. These small companies would let him get into them so deeply that the crook either took them over, or they went out of business. He was able to do this because at the time there was little work to be had and he was drilling and fracing a lot of wells. They were expensive wells and at any one time, there would be a hundred or more companies working on his leases. He could afford to drill so much at the low gas prices, because he was not paying everyone. He filed bankruptcy three times in a couple of decades and changed the name of his company each time. How could he keep getting away with all this? He was the son-in-law of Speaker of the House at the time...Tip O'Neil.

    Default Soil Testing

Chad played football with a guy that had gotten in on the bottom floor of soil testing, EPA approved.

When property went up for sale here in SoCal, he'd test their soil, gas stations, chrome shops and such. Seems they always had dangerous levels of something in their soil.

His estimate to clean the soild was SO BIG, many small lot owners deeded the land to him for free to clean it up. He'd let is sit for a year or two, check the soil where he was sure it was clean, OK the test, and sell the land.

He has a big building in Santa Ana, and a nice home in Newport Beach.

I called him a "ghost buster". He likes the EPA!!!
