Capsule mandatory for APBA Kilo runs for KRR 2012
IRC created a capsule committee to help oversee implementation, etc.

well I got five years left anyway.. I can deal with that. APBA will come up with something different by then. And nobody is going to break the Kilo record with a open boat anyway with
the rule limitation on the open K boats. 468 cubic inch 871 blower etc. ( 152 mph ) I don't think so. jim
