Trouble shooting question: 40 hp tohatsu

I have a 40 hp direct injection tohatsu, bottom cylinder is dead , injector works fine it has good compression and fire, i even swapped injectors and it still didnt change, at idle bottom is dead , bring the rpms up some and bottom trys to hit. If anyone one has suggestions please fill me in. I have tried all i know on this motor, not to familier with the direct injection yet

Check for a broken reed on the cylinder that is dead .
