We have lost two boats leaving 6 COR boats in the field. The vote shows 4 of the 6 in favor of a flying start. One of the members would like it to be a flag start, the others are comfortable with a clock start. We can go either way and draw for lanes, We have 6 heats of racing and 6 boats, might be interesting to work out a flag start with each boat having a different lane each heat. RD BE SURE TO GET YOUR ENTRIES FAX'D IN TONIGHT. JEANNIE DOIDGE number is listed on the SCSC web site. See you all Friday morning.

Default You may have gotten a few back

Rod and all, I have gotten an inquiry from Al Stoker (perhaps for him or a client) and then got a call today from another perspective COR racer so perhaps 8 will happen. Let's keep our fingers crossed!!!

The 2011 Lucas Oil Long Beach Sprint Nationals presented by ARP was by all accounts a great weekend of sprint boat racing at one of the most hallowed places boat racing has to offer. Thanks to the sponsors- Lucas Oil, ARP, LV Construction, Rex Marine, Ecology Auto Parts, Sea-Tow, Skylight California, Strut Marine, Paul Pfaff Racing Engines, Bergeron Marine, Marrone & Son's Plumbing & Mike Follmer Specialties for making this race such a success.
Thank you to all the race teams that put on one of the best shows boat racing has to offer. We are extremely happy to hear that Chad Crowder is resting somewhat comfortably and will be out of ICU tommorrow and into his own room. We are very glad that Scott Houghton, Harold "The Legend" Bruce, and Blake Stump and Dave Laws are all ok as well after their incidents.

Thanks to all the fans that came out and supported this great event!

Last but certainly not least, thanks to the entire SCSC staff and volunteers and Team Rescue on putting one heck of a show! It is truly a pleasure working with everyone.
