I hope to meet Warby at the Antique Raceboat Regatta next summer in Clayton NY
Since 1925, about 150 different racing outboards have been made.
I think Warby is amazing to have built a record jet hydro from a simple sketch in his back yard with and set a record of 317.6 mph that still stands and wiped out teams with the ginormous funds and resources. Reminds me of the Burt Munro who built his fastest Indian and set the Bonneville motorcycle speed record with a 47 year old bike. See the movie if you haven't, Anthony Hopkins stars
