    In my opinion the 1976.. 75 hp 15" shaft was the best model..(with the new design piston and rods)

    Theres a short mid section on ebay right now for 50 dollars although it is a for a hustler I think http://www.ebay.com/itm/1975-EVINRUD...#ht_500wt_1204

    guy has the engine block on there listed as well. I have no idea if this will work on a stinger but thought I'd post to help someone out.

    I did fin a Evinrude hustler 75 in Shreveport La area for 1500 the boat motor and trailer if anyone is intrested in that shoot me an pm and i'll try and find the link.

    Default definitely 20 in

    you can tell but the 4" between the bottom and the lower mount. a shorty is only 1" there. more pics a parts at http://inflatableboatracer.webs.com/...88915-buy-sell
