    Default Sanger MOD VP

Anyone have any information or pics on the Sanger MOD VP???? I built the plug around 1980. Some were used in a class promoted by Mecury Marine. They supplied their outdrives with a 350 SBC. There were few builders that wanted to participate in the class. There is one in No. Cal. with an outboard.

    Default Sanger Tunnel

Sanger Jack had a true tunnel, a 20 footer. The Sanger Mod VP, a 20 footer, that Sanger had, was a "SPLASH" off the GMT.

If in fact, it is a MOD VP bottom, it is a GMT. The boat needs some inserts on the center pod to make it a "RUNNER"...Greg Foster nows what is needed.

There is a good chance, that Greg Foster still owns this mold.

    Default Sanger mod v-p

The Sanger mod v-p 19'+- , was not a modified tunnel boat. Several of the Sanger mod v-ps were I O SBC powered. Jack had several tunnel ALLEY CATS. Some of the smaller ALLEY CAT hulls were outboard powered. I built the deck plugs on the 30' and 32' plugs. These larger boats were I O powered.
