    Default 2012 uim f1 series

lars I agree with you on the io running with outboards on a closed course. Here is something to bat around. Cauldwell did not only get lapped on lap 3 but also on lap 6. That met they were lapped by the whole field by lap 4 or 5. They were 18 seconds off the pace on a 2k course if my math is right thats appox 37 MPH off the pace. They have a lot of work to do. It is a cool project but the balance of the boat is way off. Steve to be fully optimized Caulwell would be legal in sst45.

why doesnt Caldwel take his **** box slow 4 stroke and use it as a Nascar engine where the emissions over a season will really make a difference? ( if its that good)

In Supercross racing the 250cc two stroke has to race against a 450 four stroke. So, will F1h2o do the same here to even the four stroke up to the two stroke. Or just allow a turbo?

I think Jackie Wilson was racing the ON class (2 liter with) with a 4 cylinder Cosworth/Mercrusier. Do not remember if the engine was 2 liter or more..!!

..it was a role twister back then and was never up to the outboard speed..!!

Bill Brown was the one that started this.. He was racing an inboard in the ON outboard class.. I was in Bristol that year to watch.. The boat was made from aluminum..
and did not in any way keep up with the outboards..

If I remember right..Bill Brown was heavy in the UIM back in the mid seventies..
