What exactly does the turner do to a engine ?
Does it direct the flow of exhaust to the ports?
Does it hold back pressure on the engine?

I think the tuner is just the exhaust pipe.

It does affect the engines performance characteristics. Do a search on here or on google for this site and you could read on this for days. I like google better. Just type something like "site:boatracingfacts.com tuner"
