    Default Johnson 65 cooling pressure

I have a 1972 Johnson 65hp stinger on a R14 Allison that I want to use a cooling pressure gauge on. Where is a good location to get water pressure from? The boat has a gauge and I would like to use it. I dont see any plugs on the powerhead to use.

    thanks

    Jeremy

i asked this question about a 75hp evinrude on an earlier thread and fastfred and bill gohr gave some pretty good tips on how and where to do this. im not sure if the 65 block is exactly the same but here is the link to the thread. http://www.boatracingfacts.com/forum...ad.php?t=13807
