The GoPro cameras are intended for really wide perspective movies, and don't / can't zoom at all if I remember correctly. You'd likely be better off with a true video camera or a compact camera with a 10-12x zoom.

I think your results were pretty good actually for what you're using - good sound and relatively steady - good job!

Thanks, I was reading up on the gopro and you're right no zoom on them, I'll hang onto this camera a while and just have to learn to play with it and make it work. Oh an being steady well youtube has a thing to correct the shakes
