    OR runabout, boats built at Spring Lake Michigan in the late 40's to mid to late 50's & they also made their own "Dead Mans" throttle starting after the mid 50's. I have a 1949 Van Pelt A-B " Racing Scooter " which has the Van Pelt Throttle also.
