    Default Ron Hill 11 x 20p Cleaver

Just ordered this prop this morning. What kinda of rpms would a 40 merc be able to turn this prop? The motor has 60 carbs, 58 jets and a performance tuner Hydro Tech.

I bought one of these props off of ebay as well after turning a 11X18 4-blade 6400 at 54.4 mph. My motor as a little more done to it than what you listed, but I'm thinking it should turn about 6100-6200 rpms on my 15x48 War Eagle. I have the identical prop in an 11X15 turning 6900 rpms and it didn't like running really high, but rather with the cav plate about 1 1/2" above the transom with 6" of setback.
