    Glad the drivers were ok...Did you happen to see how well the engines did after they went under? Were they able to start them or did they get trashed?

    The engines was run again after yes. But them not raced again becuse the boats was dameded, but engines runs yes!

    What is the top speed on those tunnels?

    Are they the 60 hp mercs?

    About 60-75 MPH.
    And yes it is with Mercury 60 Formula Race engines.

    That's a pretty big gray area.... I was told these boats run closer to the upper 50's to lower 60's. Can we get some clarification on this? (I'm extremely curious about this)

    The UIM speed record is currently 70.49mph. Rouen 24hrs winner's average was 41.25mph. So 50-60 mph sounds about right.

    Looks like the 60 was still running when it hit the water. Prop on 99 does not appear to be turning.

    Default Nose Cones With Low Water Pick Ups???

    Are nose cones legal??? How about low water pick up nose cones???

    Or re thes gearcases the way they come???
