    Default 1970 Parker Nine Hour: First Outboard to Ever Lead The Inboards

    The Parker 9 Hour, 1970. The first outboard to ever lead the inboards. I led 8 laps, then Freddy Hauenstein started driving and broke the crank. Freddy redeemed himself several times over the next ten years, though. twin Evinrudes on a DeSilva wood wing....

    Rod Zapf painted the checker boards on this boat....
