Is it possible or rather first "wise" to bore out a prop to fit a large prop shaft. I have my eye on a prop, but the prop shaft size is too small for my Speedmaster. Can this be done? Has is been done?
Thanks

I have done it.
Center prop to drill press, and clamp to table. Drill and ream at slow speed.

How we did it would be to put, for example, the 9/16 fixture half way though the prop, then ream half way with say 11/16. Then set it up with an 11/16 fixture and ream the 9/16 end half way.....or about half way,....
ProHydroRacer makes a good point.....HOLD the prop tight...Bore slowly, but keep boring, or the work with "WORK HARDEN" and you'll never get it done...
