Steve deSouza when he was a boat racer. Steve grew up in the Seattle area and started with outboard hydros and runabouts before jumping to tunnel boats where he had a very successful career on the champboat circuit. deSouza is 14th year as Vice President of Nationwide Series Operations at Joe Gibbs Racing (JGR).
