Default 2.0l merc wh46 carb help

have sst120 powerhead,12"mid on a 16 allison. motor is blubbery on the bottom till about 100' clears up some pulls fair to about 8200rpm clears up more then pulls hard to 9200+. checked the idle air bleed jets and mains, .046 idle air bleeds, .094 and .092 mains. im thinking its pig rich across the board. what jets should be in these carbs? the boat is being used recreationally no more than 1/4 mile wot blasts. thanks! mike t

That's pretty big on the mains. I'd go back to 88's and 56 on the idle and see what that gets. I have a couple really nasty 2.0's and run 96-98's on the mains but these motors are really close to 300 hp. I can't remember what the stock 120 jetting is, but you may want to start from there..
