    Ever watch 'Pass Time' on Speed channel? Guy blew the hell out of his Mustang right on the starting line, the moment he dropped the hammer. Ka-blooey! Was spectacular since it was night time. He was shooting a 250 (hp) shot as I recall.

    This is a really interesting thread. Always heard about nitro in these motors. How many quincy loopers were lost to this stuff?

    Quincys, Anzanis and Mercs ... a few Konigs, but Dieter advised against it
    Since 1925, about 150 different racing outboards have been made.
